What human-rights situation should a U.S. National Human Rights Institution investigate? Anyone may suggest one. Point us to the news, websites, social media, or other sources that bring focus to it, then tell us what you mean and intend. Approved suggestions appear on the public Investigation Proposals board, where others can follow and add to the discussion.
